 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had my home and auto insurance with Malinas Insurance Agency for almost 20 years.  Never really needed service until I hit a deer driving home from work the other night.  I e-mailed the agency in the morning, and got a call back almost immediately.  They started the process, where an adjuster called later that morning, and referred me to a auto body shop.  The shop offered an appointment that day to examine the car, order parts, and offered me a rental car.  The shop works directly with my insurance.  I pay them my deductible, and they handle everything else.  Could not be easier, and I could not be happier with the service, from start to finish.  A+ to Nemec and Malinas!!
