You recently turned in a claim with one of our insurance companies. Your feedback is very important to us. There is a short Two Part Survey that we would appreciate you completing. Part One is reserved for how We (the insurance Agency) did, during the claims process. If you turned in your claim directly to the insurance company, you can skip part one.
